Our senior school aims :

to provide a structured and supportive learning environment for international students
to enable students to maximise their English learning potential
to encourage students to achieve their personal language goals

General English classes are centred around a textbook and provide a structured programme involving grammar and the functional use of English, all aligned to the Common European Framework. Classes cover all four aspects of language - reading, writing, speaking and listening. Emphasis is placed on communicative English.

Junior School

11 - 17 years

Our junior school aims:

to upgrade students' English to enable them to communicate effectively and to introduce them to the specialist vocabulary of different high school subjects
to provide a safe and smooth transition between students' former schooling and the New Zealand Education system
to encourage students to socialise with others so they are confident in making new friends when they enter high school.
