Overview
Improve your English and obtain work experience in Australia
One of the most effective ways to improve your English is to immerse yourself in the local culture and language. Through Language Across Borders’ English + Internship programs, you’ll build your speaking, listening, reading and writing skills in our dynamic classrooms, before entering a real-world workplace in Melbourne. On your internship, you’ll have the opportunity to practice and enhance your newly improved English language skills!
We inform all students that the internship may not necessarily lead to an employment opportunity, however the candidate will receive the following:
- Professional reference outlining the student’s experience working in the role
- Practical knowledge and skills working within an Australian business
- Two computer Labs
- Local skills and experience to assist students with their job search
- Growth of the candidate’s professional network
Choose from two options:
Hotel Internship
Paid work experience at 4 or 5 star resorts in Australia.
- Gain international work experience in a country renowned for its hospitality and tourism industries
- 6 month term of employment in Australia
- 20+ paid working hours per week
- Training and consulting to ensure a successful interview process
- Fit for work and RSA certificates (if required)
